This web site allows authorized Harris employees and affiliates secure, convenient access to Harris business resources. To secure your connection, prevent virus contamination and protect company data from being compromised, this system uses encryption and scanning technology. For more information about this product and the required scan process, please refer to the FAQ section available after successful login.

Harris Standard Client with Windows 7

If you are using a Harris-provided Windows 7 computer, use one of the following links to access the Harris network. You may also use the links provided for Non-Standard clients, however your access to the network will be restricted.

Access VPN (Two-Factor; token required) : Use this link when you have administrative access on the computer you are using to make your connection. Standard Access supports comprehensive VPN connectivity for a wide range of network services including application access, email and data. (RFCD VPN users should also proceed with this link.)

Access EMEA VPN (Two-Factor; token required) : Harris employees located in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region should use this link to make a standard connection.

Token Registration (Single-Factor; no token required) : If you have received a token and have not registered it yet, please visit this Web site to register your token before its first use

Token Request (Single-Factor; no token required) : If you require a token to access resources outside of Limited access, please visit this Web site to request a token.

VPN Limited (Single-Factor; no token required) : Use this link when you are on a system that you do not own and to which you do not have administrative rights (e.g., public access computer located in an airport or internet Café). This method allows access to Password Station, DigitalHR / Timecards, Token Enrollment, Authoria, Travel, and the Harris Learning Center.

Personal Computer, Mobile Device, and Windows XP based Harris PCs

Effective April 11, 2014, full remote access to the Harris Network is being secured to Harris Standard Clients. For other computers needing remote access, the following options are being provided. For more details on these options, please see the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document.

VPN Limited (Single-Factor; no token required) : Use this link when you are on a system that you do not own and to which you do not have administrative rights (e.g., public access computer located in an airport or internet Café). This method allows access to Password Station, DigitalHR / Timecards, Token Enrollment, Authoria, Travel, and the Harris Learning Center.

Non-Standard Client VPN (Two-Factor; token required) : Use this access method to browse the intranet (including sites not permitted via VPN Limited). This method also permits RDP, SSH, and access to VDI servers when the Network Connect client is launched.

Non-Standard Client VPN including Outlook Web Access (Two-Factor; token required) : In addition to the accesses allowed by the "Non-Standard Client VPN" access method, this option will allow access to Outlook Web Access. NOTE: Harris owned Windows XP computers will not be permitted to access OWA.

Corporate, INS, and PSPC Virtual Desktops (Two-Factor; token required) : Use this access method to launch a Harris Standard Client Virtual Desktop (VDI).
This link should only be used by Corporate, INS, and PSPC employees who have been assigned a Virtual Desktop.

RF Virtual Desktops (Two-Factor; token required) : Use this access method to launch a Harris Standard Client Virtual Desktop (VDI).
This link should only be used by RF employees who have been assigned a Virtual Desktop.

GCSD Citrix (Two-Factor; token required) : VDI FARM for employees without a desktop.
This link should only be used by GCSD employees who have been assigned a Virtual Desktop.

This system is for use by authorized users of Harris and its affiliates only.
